How It Works
PLAYshops are fun, experiential & highly impactful! This FUN team-building workshop can take place right in your office or at any locally scheduled event, conference, retreat, etc. All materials are provided and teams of 8-200+ can be accommodated. There are 2 components to get your team laughing & connecting in ways you never thought possible!

Fun and interactive games that are hyper-focused on FUN and CONNECTION! - Game Show Elements
We have overloaded this session with interactive game-show components (music, sound effects, props, awards/prizes) so that the fun is maximized! Oh that and all of our facilitators are improv-trained and bring forth the hilarity as the PLAYshop game-show hosts!

Big Idea: Letâs connect & have some holiday fun!
ICEBREAKERS â getting in âsyncâ & get to know you:
Reindeer-Penguin-Polar Bear â Small Groups (6-8) â getting on same page by choosing one of the characters each round, in an attempt to be in group unison. Trophies: quickest groups.
Extremes â [Large Group] Connection based game. Everyone joins a spectrum according to get to know your topics (e.g. (E.g Gift Planner vs Gift Procrastinator. Sweet vs Salty. DĂ©cor vs no dĂ©cor, Homemade gifts vs Amazon Prime, Party Hoster vs Party Hider, Baking Marathon vs Takeout and Chill, Snow lover vs Sun seeker, NY Resolutions vs Yolo, etc)Â
Trophies: Most unique shares!
 CORE GAMES â Connection & Fun
5 Tree Things â Groups of 5, high energy/positivity game! Say first 5 things that come to mind. Group cheers them on no matter what (ie. 1! 2,!, 3!,etc). Race to finish first. E.g Topics are fun holiday themed (e.g 5 Awesome things about holidays, 5 Things on the Best Holiday Sweater, 5 of the Worst Gifts Ever, etc). Award: Fastest teams and best answers (voted upon).
Tâwas the Night (Story Builders) - Groups of 4 you build a story 1 sentence at a time along with positive reinforcement. Title of story is given prior to starting (e.g âThe most Epic NYE!â). Award: Most epic story!
What You Doing? - In small groups, one person mimes out a holiday activity. Group asks what you doing? Response is anything but what they are doing. Next person has to mime that action out and repeat cycle. Award: Best miming, best suggestions.
Holiday Island Câmere â In small groups of 3, âislandsâ need to figure out who is leaving the island each round, based on a fun, get to know you prompt (ie. most festive house, best holiday playlist, most likely to re-gift something? Spike the eggnog? Travelled furthest on vacation, most unique winter hobby, etc).
Holiday Shapemakers â In small groups, forming different shapes and getting as creative as possible (Circle, Diamond, Snowman, Giant snowflake, Tree, Reindeer, Ugly Sweater, holiday lights, Joy, etc). Award: Best renditions, most creativity
FINALE :  Whole group - An interactive, powerful finale! Greetings, smiles, creativity, movement and FUN!
Partnesia - Various rounds with music and partners creating secret holiday greetings. Followed by a fun sequence where everyone is walking around recreating them. Award: Best greetings/enthusiasm.
Reindeer Flock Dance â to the tune of holiday songs, in small groups a movement based party w/ a rotating follow the leader. Award: Best moves.
RPS Elves: Giant Rock Paper Scissors tournament in holiday theme (Reindeer, snowman, candle). Losers become the elves of the winner and follow them around and cheer the on! Award â winner of tourney!
Wrap Up: AWARD & PRIZE CEREMONY
