1What's the difference between PLAYshop and a workshop?
Workshops are the old, boring way of improving team work. PLAYshops use the power of play to create a safe, positive, and creative environment. Utilizing play to reduce stress, and forge real connections. Play combined with positive psychology creates the vital skills that high performing teams need. Such as storytelling, emotional intelligence, innovation, empathy, resilience, etc.
2What's the minimum and maximum group sizes for virtual events?
Our virtual team building events can be used in groups as small as 4 or as large as 150 or more! For larger groups we'll utilize breakout rooms and facilitate smaller group activities within the larger team building event.
3How do you do a team building workshop vitually?
Fundamentals of Play conducts virtual team building workshops through a personalized and engaging approach, starting with a detailed pre-workshop consultation to understand the team's unique needs and goals. This customization allows for the creation of a tailored agenda that incorporates interactive activities and exercises, such as collaborative challenges and creative problem-solving tasks, facilitated via virtual collaboration tools to ensure full participation and engagement.
