Through its immersive games and content, teams will practice self-awareness & learn to recognize how what they say and do affects the people around them. Self Awareness
(Know Your Emotions)
Content: Power of Mindfulness, Recognizing Emotions, Top Emotions in Business, Getting in Tune.
Sample Games: Hotseat Emotions, Guess Emotion, Emotional Name Swap, Nah!
Discussion: What emotions have you felt lately at work? Which could you use more of?
KEY 2:
Self Management
(Control Emotions)
Content: Truth/Dangers of negative emotions, Dealing with negative emotions (acknowledge/CTA), 2 Mindset Traps (complaining, criticism) & how to avoid.

Discussion: What (nagging) negative emotions have you experienced at work lately? What is your CTA?

Social Awareness

Discussion: How can you improve team relationships through communication? Which of the 4 keys can you personally focus on?
Playful Finale*: Emotional Intelligence Toy - a 30+ min guided Experiential Activity to round out the PLAYshop! A blindfolded puzzle game that can only be solved when players learn to understand each other. In small teams & immersive gameplay, participants will draw connections between game outcomes & the collaborative strategies needed for success in their own work.
