How It Works
WOW Factory is a game changer for teams that are focused on their customers! Through experiential activities, facilitated conversations and a wacky ideation session, participants will dive deep into different aspects of customer experience, including customer journey mapping and customer experience management. From gaining relevant customer insights, teams will come away with concrete WOW ideas and implementation plans!
This fun WOW Factory PLAYshop can take place right in your office or at any locally scheduled event, conference, retreat, etc. All materials provided and teams of 8-50 can be accommodated. There are 3 components in creating a WOW team culture that will blow your customers away and ensure business growth:
- 1) Discovery - A pre-assessment to collect key information used in the WOWshop and draw out the customer process and key success metrics.
- 2) WOW Factory PLAYshop Half day - Full Day experiential PLAYshop to come up with WOW ideas that will be game changers for your customers and industry. Including a final WOW Tank pitch competition! (full day only)
- 3) WOW - To deliver on the promise of creating WOW experiences for clients, we check in on the process and monitor stats.
